How much does this cost?

As with any service, legal fees can be costly. This is why we offer payment plans and options.

The initial consultation is always FREE. We believe that all relationships are based on trust, and trust must be mutual. The initial consultation is the opportunity for the client to understand the attorney and for the attorney to assess if and how they can offer assistance to the client. Be leery of attorneys who charge for an initial consultation.

The Harding Firm offers options. This allows the client to gauge and prepare for the total cost of litigation. Often times, clients do not understand how quickly a retainer can be depleted, and the client will be forced to pay additional money or represent themselves. Flat-fee eliminates this hassle. However, hourly rates are also available.
